Garbage Disposal Repair

I’ve worked with Reliant Plumbing a bunch times, both for my own old house and for clients (I’m a realtor). He always gets back to me in a timely manner, great work, very fair pricing. I recommend him to anyone.

Toilet tank had a leak. Realized it after putting those blue cleaning pucks in. Saw a leak and contacted the property manager. Matt from Reliant plumbing called right after I put the request. Like less than 45mins. Asked for photos of the toilet. Came the next day and fixed the issue within 20mins. Went straight to work, fast and quick. Super satisfied with the job. Thanks again Matt!

I had a jammed garbage disposal (don’t ask me why) and felt absolutely hopeless in my endeavor to fix it on my own. I called the main number I found on Google for Reliant Plumbing and spoke to Matt. He was extremely helpful and walked me through diagnosing and fixing the issue over the phone. He even sent me a video he recommended to watch, which was really helpful for a visual learner like myself. As soon as we were done speaking over the phone, I was able to fix the jam with a hex key slotted to the bottom of the disposal and twist until there was no more friction from foreign objects obtruding the blades. I’ve never felt so accomplished and dumb at the same time! What I really appreciate is how honest and genuine of a person Matt was to walk me through the steps to easily fix the disposal myself and insisting I save my money by not requiring him to come fix it. The least I could do is leave a good review for Matt and his business. I’m sure he’d do just as great of a job if you needed his services to be done in person as well.

I had two toilets and a sink leaking and running water all day I was quoted $8000 by another Morgan Hill Plumbing company that charged me for the estimate visit For the same job I was quote just under $ 800 with free estimate They started this business 2 years ago  and they service Hollister to San Mateo I want to make sure they stay in business was because finding a transparent and honest plumber is very important for a homeowner So professional and they cleaned out the tanks for both toilet before he changed out the internal plumbing and fixtures they also cleaned the my bathroom floors in case they make a mess or spilled water He came at 3:45 and was done by 4 He showed up within the two hour window An honest and transparent plumber He will be back to fix other issues he’s gained a life long client

Matt fixed a clog in our sewer line. He promptly called with an estimated arrival time and provided an update when he knew he was delayed. He was very respectful and professional the entire time. Fixed the clog efficiently and quickly.
